Tired of Chasing Answers for Your Chronic Fatigue?

If you’ve been through test after test without finding what’s actually behind your fatigue, you’re not alone. Many of our patients with ME/CFS, Long Covid and chronic fatigue have spent years managing symptoms without ever identifying the real cause.

Bioresonance therapy takes a different approach, a full-body analysis that helps identify the burdens, from viral activity to environmental toxins, that could be holding your recovery back.

What Is Bioresonance Therapy and What Can It Help With?

Bioresonance therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses a Rayonex machine to assess the electromagnetic frequencies your body’s organs and systems are emitting. When you have an infection, toxin build-up or chronic illness, these frequencies shift away from a healthy baseline, and bioresonance therapy can help identify where. It’s particularly suited to complex, hard-to-pin-down conditions like ME/CFS, Long Covid and Fibromyalgia, where standard testing often doesn’t provide clear answers, as well as digestive issues, skin conditions and stress-related symptoms.

Once any burdens are identified, the same session can be used to harmonise your body’s frequencies back towards a healthy balance, sending natural, corrective frequencies to where they’re needed most. Many patients notice a difference in how they feel from their very first session. Bioresonance therapy is also backed by a growing body of published clinical research, including studies on its effects for chronic pain and gut health.

We went to Health Recovery Clinic to try craniosacral therapy to help our baby who was very colicky and uncomfortable after trying lots of things to help and nothing worked. Gail did an amazing job, she was so thorough, explained everything in detail that was easy to understand and was so great with our little man! He has improved soo much in only a short amount of time ! Thank you so much for the help x

I cannot recommend Health Recovery Clinic highly enough. Gail is an amazing practitioner who takes a genuinely holistic approach to treatment, looking at the whole person rather than simply focusing on individual symptoms. Her extensive medical knowledge, experience, care, and attention are incredibly reassuring, and she always takes the time to understand your concerns and explain the treatment clearly.

Gail has treated our whole family for more than 15 years, and throughout that time she has always been professional, compassionate, thorough, and supportive. It is wonderful to have someone you can trust who knows your family’s health history and is committed to helping each person feel their best.

The Bioresonance sessions with Jen have also been fantastic. Jen is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. The whole team creates such a welcoming and positive atmosphere, and you can tell that they genuinely care about every person who visits the clinic.

Booking appointments online is quick, simple, and convenient. The new clinic is modern, clean, comfortable, and easily accessible, making the whole experience very straightforward and stress-free.

Health Recovery Clinic is a wonderful, caring, and professionally run clinic where you feel listened to, supported, and treated as a whole person. We are extremely grateful for the care our family has received over the years and would highly recommend Gail, Jen, and the entire team.

I started having Perrin sessions with Gail about 5 years ago, and I could not recommend them enough!
I started experiencing pain and fatigue at a very young age, and later received a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and CFS when I was in my mid/late teens. We heard about the Perrin Technique from a friend of a friend who directly recommended Gail. In a desperate position, my mum drove an hour each way to the clinic once a week to bring me for sessions. Gail took the time to speak, in depth, about my medical history and truly hear what both my mum and I had to say (this was completely new to us and came as a huge relief due to the lack of feeling heard & seen that we’d experienced when going down other avenues previous to this one). Once I started having the sessions, I noticed a difference pretty early on. My fatigue started to reduce, as did other inflammation-related symptoms I was experiencing. My quality of life drastically improved and I was able to start doing so many things again that I’d had to reign in beforehand. I was obviously over the moon with this, but my mum was potentially even happier and so relieved to have me back in a more comfortable state! This positive progress continued, and I was eventually able to move from weekly to bi-weekly sessions. A few years down the line I achieved a first-class degree in Neuroscience which I completed alongside working a part-time job and other ad-hoc work, and now work an active full time job. If you told me 8 years ago that I’d have been able to do all this, I’d have probably laughed at the thought! I believe that my Perrin sessions with Gail played a huge part in supporting my body through all of this, for that I am extremely grateful!

I had a sports massage with Joe last week following a recommendation. Having never had a sports massage before, I was a little nervous it would be painful as I've had a huge amount of tension in my arms, neck and back for many years. I play various sports and run a lot but have never properly treated this. Joe was absolutely fantastic and got rid of any nerves. He first talked through with me areas I felt needed attention and what I wanted from the massage, and then went into the massage which was one hour. Joe was lovely, knowledegable and answered any questions I had. The massage wasn't painful but he put the perfect amount of tension on each part that needed it - I could feel the muscles relaxing throughout. I commented afterwards that I felt like I had a new body! Thank you, I have recommended your clinic and will come back again.

This is a brilliant clinic! I’ve been seeing Gail for physio for many years and have also seen other members of the team for things like bioresonance. Everyone is knowledgable, kind, caring and I’ve had great results with my health and wellbeing.

I've been seeing Gail for a number of years and she is by far the most knowledgeable person about ME/CFS that I've met. Not only is she an excellent Perrin practitioner, but she's also given me a huge amount of advice over the years regarding diet, supplements and lots of other aspects of treating M.E. She's always very positive, kind and friendly in sessions and takes the time to listen and understand everything that is going on with my health. She's also excellent at fixing my back problems when they occur, and she managed to fix a painful knee in one session after my GP's MSK failed to address the issue. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I’ve been attending the Health Recovery Clinic to help manage a chronic pain issue in the cervical joints in my neck, caused by arthritis and osteoporosis. I’m no longer a ‘Spring Chicken’, but hope to get some relief through the therapies offered by this Clinic, with its calm Spa-like feel.
There are a number of Practitioners available, each providing a different therapy. Gail Sumner, Physiotherapist, has been treating me, using a variety of approaches, including cranial massage and acupuncture. Her passion for her work and her patients comes across clearly in her desire to be ‘hands on’ and not reliant on electrical equipment. I feel that she listens and tailors her advice and treatment to my needs. She’s flexible and open to alternative approaches, providing plenty of links to on line sites, which she feels may be helpful. She’s both encouraging and realistic. Sadly some issues won’t disappear, but I’m confident that the professional treatment I’m receiving is definitely having a positive impact and helping me achieve my goal of pain management, as opposed to complete cure.
Alongside Gail I’ve been treated by Angie Kehoe, also at this clinic. She specialises in Chinese Acupuncture. Gail suggested her very focused approach would provide additional support. Angie is very keen to help me reduce my use of painkillers, which is gradually happening. She’s very approachable and dedicated to helping her patients achieve their goals.
I’m so pleased I found Gail and her lovely team and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Health Recovery Clinic.

I had a sports massage with Joe recently, and he was fantastic. Professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. The massage was excellent, and I felt a real difference afterwards. For someone who's recently qualified, his knowledge and skill are impressive. I would definitely recommend Joe and will be booking again!

Ive seen mainly gail and also francesca for both perrin and general physio over a number of years. Having a longterm neurological disorder gail not only treats my physical health but also advises on nutrition and mental health. She has a vast knowledge. She keeps me well and mobile. Without her help i think i would be housebound. I have also had a couple of bioresonance sessions ... .I dont quite understand how it works but jen is an expert! And was able to identify several burdens on my body and correctly identify several symptoms i have. The whole team work together to help the individual. They have a wide range of knowledge with many years experience between them I trust the team totally. The new clinic is a wonderful healing, clean environment.
