Advanced Craniosacral Therapy (CST) & SomatoEmotional Release (SER)
What is Craniosacral Therapy?
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on treatment that works with the body and nervous system.
Using light touch, it supports the release of tension held within the tissues, helping the body to move out of stress patterns and into a more balanced, regulated state.
Rather than forcing change, this approach works by listening to the body and allowing it to unwind at its own pace.
Debbie is able to connect with these parts of cellular memory, support your communication with it and enable the unwinding of the held tissue memory.
She has had years of experience and self-discovery in this discipline … using and integrating other modalities such as hypnotherapy, NLP and psychology.
How It Works
The body holds patterns of tension from physical strain, stress, and life experiences.
Through subtle contact, these areas can be identified and supported to release. This may involve:
- The head, spine, and sacrum
- Fascia and connective tissue
- The nervous system
As the body softens, there is often a shift in breathing, relaxation, and overall sense of ease and well-being, unblocking health related issues.
What It Can Help With
Craniosacral Therapy may support:
- Stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
- Chronic tension and pain
- Headaches, jaw issues, and neck discomfort
- Fatigue and burnout
- Nervous system dysregulation
- Recovery from injury or emotional strain
It is suitable for those seeking both physical relief and a deeper sense of calm.
It is gentle enough to withstand new borns from birth trauma.
SomatoEmotional Release (SER)
What is SER?
SomatoEmotional Release (SER) is a natural extension of Craniosacral Therapy.
It recognises that the body can hold the imprint of past experiences — not only physically, but emotionally.
As the body begins to release tension, there may also be a gentle processing of associated feelings, memories, or internal patterns.
This is not forced or analytical — it arises through the body’s own intelligence and only when it knows the correct resources are present.
How It Is Applied
SER is not a separate technique, but something that can emerge within a session when appropriate.
