Facial Enhancement Acupuncture – FEA Practitioner
Angela started her career 40 years ago as a Health Food Store assistant.
Over the years she engaged in training with 50+ health supplement companies up and down the country, traveling as far as Switzerland and New York.
Angela soon became manager then embarked in opening her own stores 20+ years ago. Her ambition is to help as many people as possible to regain their health, hence training to become a Licensed Acupuncturist.
Angela graduated from the prestigious ‘Northern College of Acupuncture’ in York and holds a BSc in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture. Angela practices BOTH traditional Chinese Acupuncture for health and Aesthetic Acupuncture. Angela is a fully
registered member of the British Acupuncture Council in the UK – MBAcC.
Her acupuncture scope offers all aspects of traditional Chinese Medicine including acupuncture needling, cupping and auricular (ear) acupuncture. She is also a certified acupuncturist specialising in a natural, anti-aging cosmetic technique that stimulates collagen and improves facial muscle tone.
After many years of supporting people through health supplements and lifestyle advice, Angie felt drawn to find a more hands-on therapy that would allow her to work more directly with the body.
She explored several different approaches, but when she discovered acupuncture, it truly resonated with her. Acupuncture looks at the body as a whole rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, aiming to restore balance and encourage the body’s natural ability to heal. This holistic philosophy aligned perfectly with her values and experience, inspiring her to train professionally and integrate acupuncture into her practice.
Angie is a mother of two and a proud grandmother to two wonderful autistic grandchildren, Jace and Isabella, who bring great joy and perspective to her life. She is also a devoted dog mum to two much-loved dogs who keep her active and outdoors. In her spare time she enjoys long walks, spending quality time with her grandchildren, and creating welcoming experiences for guests by hosting holidays through Jacella Stays. Family, care, and connection are at the heart of both her personal life and her work, and these values naturally flow into the way she supports and treats her clients.
