“Over the last few months, I have had several bio resonance sessions and have noticed improvements in my energy levels and resilience. I have found both Caroline and Jennie to be experienced, supportive and caring practitioners. The sessions themselves are very relaxing as you sit in an extremely comfortable, reclining chair. I intend to book more sessions to further improve my health.”

“I started seeing Gail over ten years ago after being told by the NHS that there was no chance of recovery or improving my health, and other options were extremely expensive. I was extremely depressed and dejected, not wanting my life to always be this way. I was bedbound for a while then completely housebound and dependent on family for basic tasks. A family friend told me about Gail and I am so thankful they did. I started seeing her every week, then every other week, then once a month, then even more sporadically as my health has consistently improved. I genuinely would not have made any of this progress without her. She greets everyone with a genuine smile, and truly cares for her patients. She constantly researches and learns more- every time I see her she has more wisdom to impart or suggestions for me to try.
Improving your health when you have ME/CFS is difficult and requires a lot of work and trying different approaches, and for me it is taking a long time as hurdles get in the way, but I have every faith that Gail can help me get there. Her own recovery/remission is a constant motivator. Her empathy, optimism, skill and multi-faceted approach are the reason I trust her to help me achieve my health goals. She gave me the hope I needed when I was very ill and miserable, and the support to get to where I am today”.

“My first bioresonance session, I didn’t know what to expect, but the time went much quicker than I anticipated and I felt very calm, but very energized at the same time, and continued to afterwards.”

My story: I started experiencing pain and fatigue at a very young age, and later received a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and CFS when I was in my mid/late teens. We heard about the Perrin Technique from a friend of a friend who directly recommended Gail. In a desperate position, my mum drove an hour each way to the clinic once a week to bring me for sessions. Gail took the time to speak, in depth, about my medical history and truly hear what both my mum and I had to say (this was completely new to us and came as a huge relief due to the amount of ignorance and dismissal that we’d experienced when going down other avenues previous to this one). Once I started having the sessions, I noticed a difference pretty early on. My fatigue started to reduce, as did other inflammation-related symptoms I was experiencing. My quality of life drastically improved and I was able to start doing so many things again that I’d had to reign in beforehand. I was obviously over the moon with this, but my mum was potentially even happier and so relieved to have me back in a more comfortable state! This positive progress continued, and I was eventually able to move from weekly to bi-weekly sessions. A few years down the line I achieved a first-class degree in Neuroscience which I completed alongside working a part-time job and other ad-hoc work. If you told me 5 years ago that I’d have been able to do this, I’d have probably laughed at the thought! I believe that my Perrin sessions with Gail played a huge part in supporting my body through all of this, for that I am extremely grateful!”

Unfortunately, I suffered a serious relapse at 20. This was largely due to my own choices – neglecting treatment and supplements, and pushing my body far beyond its limits until it eventually gave out.
These past five years, Gail has helped build me back up from rock bottom. When I returned to treatment, I was bedridden, unable to move, and suffering from constant migraines. Today, I’ve just completed the first year of my master’s degree in Osteopathy and that is due to Gails’ tailored treatment”

“Perrin has been an absolute Godsend to me. I was referred to the Perrin treatment from my Long Covid consultant. Gail assessed me and it was clear that I had multiple triggers (years of stress, repeated infections etc.) which had caused severe post-viral fatigue. My immune system was shot at, my brain had given up and my energy levels were non-existent.
In my consultation, I was advised that it would need 18 months to 2 years of sessions, alongside a home self-care routine which I was given clear instructions on. I was also advised with nutrition and supplements to ensure I had the best chance of recovery.
Since my first assessment had been seeing Francesca who is AMAZING. During each session she takes her time to check how I’ve been and if there are any symptoms and triggers and she tweaks my treatment to ensure any new symptoms are dealt with promptly. Francesca has always done her best to ensure I’m comfortable with the plan and tries her best to find a solution for any problems that arise.
I am now 10 months into my treatment and my review with Gail showed huge improvement. 10 months ago I couldn’t breathe for coughing and had to sit down halfway up the stairs. After 6 weeks my cough that is had for 2 years had gone. Within 12 weeks I was starting to process information again. 10 months and I’m now able to go for a half day out and I can walk for up to 30 minutes. I’m slowly getting my life back.
The treatment is not for the faint hearted! Each session really knocks you for six for a couple of days and recovery has been a rollercoaster. Sometimes it’s tough, but most of the time seeing a gradual improvement. I can’t stress enough how important it is to keep consistent with self-care massage too. I really notice a difference when I’ve missed it.
Top tips from a patient if you’re going to do this treatment:
- 100% do it! You’ll see progress within weeks.
- Take everything on board.
- Buckle up for the long haul – healing is best done properly rather than quickly.
- Be consistent with self-massage and supplements.
- Get heated blanket for immediately after each treatment as shivers can really get to you.
- Drink tonnes of water to flush it all out faster!
- Book out at least two days after each session to let your body readjust.
- Don’t give up. It’s not always gonna be positive progress, but will be in the end.
- Get a pacing device to prevent crashes.
- Just because you did one thing one day doesn’t mean you can do it the next.
I can’t thank Francesca enough for her constant support, knowledge and advice. She’s literally given me my life back!”
